The Effect of Transportation System on Students & Evidence
The effect of using negative language to describe the transit system, informs readers of the negatives of using public transit and how it does not support students’ education. It also reveals how the powerhouse, which would be the transit system in this context, needs to support students by improving their system to accommodate students' needs. In the interview with my interviewee, (D. Santiago, personal communication, March 11, 2026), he stated, “"I think it'll just be more inconvenient. So it wouldn't be harder in a sense, like, like, the material is harder, but it would just be like, worse on the amount of time you have, worse on the amount of time you have, yeah." (D. Santiago, personal communication, March 11, 2026). This quote relates to the article written by (Schuette, A. (2023), stating, “ highlighting the prevalence of private vehicles as a means for transportation in higher education. This finding demonstrates the need for colleges and universities to have the infrastructure in place to support student commuters,” (Schuette, A. (2023).
